ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข
- ข้าพเจ้าตกลงให้ บริษัท เซ็น คอร์ปอเรชั่นกรุ๊ป จำกัด (มหาชน)และบริษัทในเครือ (เรียกว่า “บริษัท”)
ดำเนินการรับสมัครให้ข้าพเจ้าเป็นสมาชิกจนกว่าข้าพเจ้าจะมีหนังสือแจ้งยกเลิกการ
เป็นสมาชิกดังกล่าว - ข้าพเจ้าตกลงและยินยอมให้บรรดาข้อมูลใดๆของข้าพเจ้าที่ปรากฏในคำขอนี้ และ/หรือข้อมูลที่เกิดจากการเป็นสมาชิกนี้ (รวมเรียกว่า “ข้อมูล”) ตกเป็นทรัพย์ของบริษัท
- ข้าพเจ้ารับทราบว่าวัตถุประสงค์ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลของบริษัทจะเป็นไปเพื่อการพัฒนาสินค้าและบริการในกลุ่มร้านอาหารและคู่ค้าที่ร่วมโครงการ โดยบริษัทจะใช้ข้อมูลดังกล่าวให้สอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์ในการเป็นสมาชิก และให้เกิดประโยชน์แก่ข้าพเจ้าตามที่บริษัทกำหนด
- ข้าพเจ้าตกลงและยินยอมให้บริษัทเปิดเผย ใช้ หรือแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลกับบุคคลอื่นภายในขอบเขตของกฎหมาย และเป็นประโยชน์กับข้าพเจ้า
- ในกรณีที่มีข้อโต้แย้งเกี่ยวกับคะแนนหรือผลประโยชน์อื่นๆจากการเป็นสมาชิก ข้าพเจ้าตกลงและยอมรับให้บริษัทมีอำนาจในการตรวจสอบและปรับคะแนนย้อนหลัง เพียงไม่เกิน 6 เดือน และการตัดสินของบริษัทถือเป็นที่สุด
- ข้าพเจ้ายอมรับว่าสิทธิประโยชน์ที่ทางบริษัทเสนอให้แก่สมาชิกแต่ละรายอาจแตกต่างกัน ขึ้นอยู่กับประวัติการซื้อสินค้า/บริการ ของสมาชิกแต่ละราย รายการโปรโมชั่นสินค้าแต่ละประเภท และ/หรือนโยบายทางการตลาดของบริษัท
- ข้าพเจ้าตกลงและยอมรับว่า หากข้าพเจ้าคืน และ/หรือ ยกเลิก สินค้า/บริการ ที่ซื้อจากร้านค้าที่ร่วมโครงการกับบริษัทแล้ว ข้าพเจ้าต้องคืนคะแนนสะสมที่ได้รับและรวมทั้งของรางวัลที่แลกรับจากคะแนนสะสมไ ปแล้ว หรือคืนเป็นเงินสดตามมูลค่าของของรางวัล
- ข้าพเจ้าตกลงและยอมรับว่าบริษัทมีสิทธิ์ปฏิเสธการสมัครนี้ หรือสามารถยกเลิกการเป็นสมาชิกได้โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องระบุสาเหตุการปฏิเสธ/ยกเลิก ดังกล่าว
- ข้าพเจ้ายอมรับและผูกพันตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของการเป็นสมาชิกที่บริษัทกำหนดไว้ขณะยื่นใบสมัครและรวมทั้งการเปลี่ยนแปลงแก้ไขที่อาจมีขึ้นในภายหน้า โดยบริษัทมิต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
- ข้าพเจ้าตกลงและยอมรับว่าบริษัทมีสิทธิ์เด็ดขาดฝ่ายเดียวในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขการเป็น สมาชิก/ของกำนัล ที่จัดให้แลกและสิทธิพิเศษต่างๆ โดยมิต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
- กรณีที่มีปัญหาขัดแย้งจากการเป็นสมาชิก คำชี้ขาดของบริษัทถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด
- บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกการเป็นสมาชิก หรือเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขสิทธิประโยชน์โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
- ในกรณีการเป็นสมาชิกนั้น ข้าพเจ้าสามารถใช้สิทธิประโยชน์จากการเป็นสมาชิกบัตรดังกล่าวได้ภายใน 3 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้ดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนการสมัครสมาชิกครบถ้วนเสร็จสิ้นแล้ว
- ข้าพเจ้าตกลงยินยอมให้บริษัทใช้ และเปิดเผยข้อมูลของข้าพเจ้าเช่น ชื่อ-สกุล และข้อมูลการติดต่อแก่บริษัทในกลุ่มบริษัท เซ็น คอร์ปอเรชั่นกรุ๊ป จำกัด (มหาชน) และ/หรือบริษัทในเครือ และ/หรือบริษัทที่เป็นพันธมิตรทางการค้ากับบริษัท (“บุคคลอื่นๆ”) เพื่อแจ้งให้ทราบเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลข่าวสารรวมทั้งการเสนอขายสินค้าและ/หรือบริการอื่น ๆ ซึ่งข้าพเจ้าอาจให้ความสนใจ ซึ่งในกรณีดังกล่าวนี้บริษัทจะต้องกำหนดให้บุคคลอื่นๆใช้ข้อมูลของข้าพเจ้าด้วยความระมัดระวังเช่นเดียวกับบริษัท นอกจากนี้บริษัทจะต้องกำหนดให้บุคคลเหล่านั้นใช้ข้อมูลของข้าพเจ้า เพียงเท่าที่บริษัทจะมีคำสั่งและตามแนวทางที่บริษัทกำหนดให้เท่านั้น
Terms & Conditions
- I hereby request ZEN Corporation Group Public Company Limited and subsidiary. (“Company”) to accept the application to me until I cancel the membership by written notice.
- I agree and consent that all personal data provided herein and all information arising from my subsequent transaction(s) using the membership (“Data”) are the property of the Company.
- I acknowledge that the Data collected by the Company is for developing of products and services of the company, subsidiary and joined partners serving the members. The Company will use the Data in compliance with the purpose of the membership utilizing and for providing the best membership related benefits under the scope and criteria specified by the Company.
- I agree and consent for the Company to disclose, use or exchange the Data with other persons to the extent that permissible by law and beneficial to me.
- In case of dispute regarding points earned any member benefits, I agree and consent that the Company has the sole right to investigate and adjust the points for no more than 6 months retroactively. The Company’s decision making is final.
- I acknowledge that any marketing-related offers can vary from one member to another in which these targeted offers depend on purchase history of each member, promotional program of each product and/or marketing policy of the Company.
- I agree and accept the conditions that should I return any purchased item to any campaign I have to reimburse the collected points and the redemption rewards OR pay the same cash value to the Company.
- I acknowledge and agree that the Company has the right to decline this application or cancel the membership without having to give reason.
- I accept to abide by the terms and conditions of the membership’s agreement specified by the Company at the time submitting this application and as amended from time to time without prior notice.
- I agree and accept that the Company has the sole right to make any changes to membership conditions, reward earning, reward redemption and any other rights provided to the Cardholder without prior notice.
- Should any dispute arise in relation to this membership, the Company’s decision is final.
- ZEN Corporation Group Public Company Limited and subsidiary reserves the right to cancel the membership and modify privileges without prior notice.
- I acknowledge that ZEN Corporation Group Public Company Limited and subsidiary membership will get exclusive member privileges within 3 days after membership registration process is fully completed.
- In order to receive, including but not limited to the information, news, sales of the product and other services. I hereby agree that the company may use or transfer my personal data (e.g. name, address, telephone number, contact and other personal data). I acknowledged that my personal data might be transferred among other entities under Zen Corporation Group ,subsidiary and joined partners. In such case, the company shall require the other party touse such information with caution, restriction and correspondence within the scope of the company.
